Preppy Mutt, Ltd. is responsible for your personal data (the controller). The website and booking system run on doggso, a service of aimget Oy.
We use your data to provide our services: enrollments, bookings and orders, payments and the messages about them.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
You can check, correct or have your data deleted: preppymutt@doggso.com.

The service is run technically by aimget Oy (doggso), which processes the data on behalf of Preppy Mutt, Ltd. and on its instructions (processor).

2. What data we process and why

Giving your data is needed to enroll, book or order. The newsletter is optional.

We get the data from you, the payment status from the payment provider, and your name and email from the sign-in service if you sign in with Google, Facebook (Meta), Microsoft or LinkedIn.

3. Who processes the data

The staff of Preppy Mutt, Ltd., only as far as their work requires.
aimget Oy (doggso) and its sub-processors, see the sub-processors.
Paytrail Oyj processes your online payments as an independent controller. Your card and bank login details never reach the school or doggso.
The sign-in service (Google, Facebook (Meta), Microsoft, LinkedIn), if you choose to use one.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your data or give it to anyone for marketing.

4. Transfers outside the EU

Your data is stored in the EU. Google Ireland Limited (reCAPTCHA) and Slack Technologies (Salesforce) also process data in the USA. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses (see the sub-processors).

5. How long we keep data

The periods are in the table above. Backups are encrypted and deleted within 12 months at the latest. When a period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised.

You can change your contact details and notification settings in your profile, and unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in every message. Other requests: preppymutt@doggso.com. We answer within one month. The Accounting Act does not allow us to delete invoices and payments before their period ends.

If you think your data is processed unlawfully, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman: tietosuoja.fi.

7. Automated decisions

We make no automated decisions about you and do not profile you.

9. Changes

We update this notice when the service or the law changes. The date of the update is at the top; we tell registered customers about important changes.
